This document has as propose reflect by means of a process of analysis and development of a project the importance of knowing the way of living of the human beings in our city; it is important bear the experience in mind of those who live it and the harmony of the environment that surrounds them. The realized study centres on the way of living, in what there is called University Residence - Integration between the university life and the city, fundamental axis in the image and identity of a city, life of all his complexity and intensity, complexity where a contrast and coexistence is going to exist between the particular thing and the universal thing, between the individual thing and the collective thing (spaces of integration), between the private thing (units of housing) and the public thing. The intensive growth of the cities and likewise of his population he emphasizes this contrast and one sees reflected in the different spaces that these type of population shelters and that these are not adapted for his needs. In this project there is sought the development of the different collective and individual expressions of his inhabitants, the university young persons, in order to develop new ideas, the creativity in all his aspects, by the meeting of persons, of experiences and this way to generate different activities for his integration. The project is in the Chapinero sector of the city of Bogota, giving place to a building that makes the meeting and social exchange possible in harmony with his natural environment and for especially culturally between the described population previously.
