Spanish Abstract: Este articulo es el resultado de una investigacion realizada para determinar el nivel de aprendizaje organizacional (AO) en los procesos administrativos en la Facultad de Ingenieria de una Universidad y disenar un sistema de gestion de informacion que lo soporte. El objetivo general es disenar un sistema de gestion de informacion con base en un modelo de Aprendizaje Organizacional (AO) aplicado a los procesos administrativos de la Facultad de Ingenieria de una Universidad. Se identifica el conocimiento, procesos e informacion fundamental en la facultad de ingenieria, se realizan los analisis correspondientes para identificar el nivel de aprendizaje organizacional comparando los resultados estadisticos con un modelo seleccionado entre varios modelos estudiantes y se disena una herramienta TI para facilitar la captacion, almacenamiento y transferencia del conocimiento asociado a los procesos administrativos en la facultad de Ingenieria. English Abstract: This article is the result of an investigation to determine the level of organizational learning (OL) in administrative processes at the Faculty of Engineering of University and designing an information management system that supports it. The overall objective is to design a system of information management based on a model for Organizational Learning (AO) applied to the administrative processes of the Faculty of Engineering of University, knowledge, processes and critical information in the engineering faculty is identified, the corresponding analyzes are done to identify the level of organizational learning by comparing the statistical results with a model students selected from several models and IT tool designed to facilitate the collection, storage and transfer of knowledge associated administrative processes at the faculty of Engineering .
