espanolDentro de los textos academicos mas usados por los docentes de Medicina en la Corporacion Universitaria Rafael Nunez se encuentran los articulos de revision. Estos son textos cortos y actuales que reunen los resultados de diferentes investigaciones sobre un determinado tema, por lo que son pertinentes para ser llevados al aula universitaria. Dado que estos articulos son dirigidos a un lector medico profesional, requieren de presaberes para interpretarlos, de modo que los estudiantes presentan dificultades para comprender y aprender a partir del texto. En este sentido, desde la asignatura de Competencias Comunicativas se busca proponer estrategias que faciliten a los estudiantes acercarse deforma mas efectiva a estos textos, a partir de la identificacion de sus caracteristicas textuales y discursivas. Se presenta entonces una propuesta didactica a partir de un articulo de revision, desarrollado con estudiantes de tercer semestre del programa de Medicina: En la primera fase, se realizo la prelectura del texto a partir del genero discursivo, del resumen que aparece en el articulo y de los subtitulos como indicadores de los aspectos tematicos; posteriormente se identifico el sentido de terminos desconocidos y la progresion tematica del articulo; al finalizar la intervencion, fue posible pasar de una lectura mecanica y superficial, a procesos inferenciales y de relacion entre los contenidos del texto, enfatizando en las circunstancias de produccion del articulo y su intencion comunicativa, aspectos que facilitan la comprension y permiten aprender leyendo. These are short and present texts that meet the results of various investigations on a particular topic, so they are relevant to be brought into the university classroom. Since these articles are directed to a medical professional reader, they require presaberes to interpret them, so that students have difficulties to understand and learn from the text. In this sense, the subject of communication skills seeks to propose strategies to facilitate students more effectively approach these texts, from the identification of its textual and discursive features. a didactic proposal is then presented from a review article, developed with students of third semester of Medicine program: In the first phase, pre-reading of the text was made from speech genre, the summary on the article and subtitle as indicators of the thematic aspects; then the meaning of unfamiliar terms and thematic progression article identified; at the end of the intervention, it was possible to go from a mechanical and superficial reading, inferential and relationship between the content of the text, emphasizing the circumstances of production of the article and its communicative intention, aspects that facilitate understanding and allow students to learn reading processes.
