In this article it is proposed to approach an analysis around the factors that affect the formulation and implementation of projects in productive units. For this purpose, the experience in the company La Hermosa Promesa Eterna SAS, dedicated to the manufacture of pharmaceutical products, medicinal substances, botanical products and cosmetic use, located in the municipality of Soacha, Cundinamarca, was taken as reference. At the methodological level, it is based on the non-experimental descriptive quantitative method for the first phase of the study and the results obtained are; the reviex of the operations model applied in the company and the identification of the factors and variables that support the production model, among others, which allows a reflection analysis on possible future implications of the organization in the future insertion of the organization in the insertion of the business fabric and the municipal economy.
