Every time allows prepare students according to the educational needs that are required in the appropriation of ICT. Thus schools will offer digital tools that allow the acquisition of technological skill with a thoughtful attitude, critical and analytical. The research was developed following a mixed approach, which used the case study methodology and systematic analysis procedures specified by Grounded Theory. In the qualitative phase, interviews with teachers and students of secondary educational level were performed, in the quantitative stage, a questionnaire was applied to fifty students. The central aim of the study was to identify the level of skill in ICT that have reached high school students in relation to the Standards of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE). The main findings indicate that high school students have developed skills to understand the operation and use of hardware, software and networks, for querying and synthesize information, communication processes generate and maintain ethical behavior in the use of ICTs; further demonstrate creativity and decision making in participation of institutional projects. Finally, the teaching strategies employed by teachers corroborate the integration of ICT into the curriculum of the College established the level of skill acquired is acceptable according to the standards issued by ISTE
