Under the historical-hermeneutical budget with a qualitative approach and case studies, six Santanderean collectives participated that appealed to the memory in a historicization exercise, to that of all his days, with four interpretive axes: individual and collective identity, collective action, the collective as subjects of change and their incidence and participation. It is found that the answers to social inequalities, unsatisfied basic needs, lack of opportunities in the rehabilitation processes (collective C1, C2, C3, C6) and the recognition of some subjects from gender and in local territory (collective C4 and C5) were the triggering actions as the opportunity of the discourse in the "question of the other" shown from the affiliated subjects that differentiating identity in the people with and without disabilities, who are inserted in a social plot that mark the internal distinctions of the construction of society from their realities, he exposes the figure of the woman exclusively responsible for the care and weak construction of a collective memories. It can be concluded, collective have involved the human condition is violated, problematize the configuration of societies from their realities and places it as an ethical, social and political actor with the possibility of breaking that which discriminates against them, excludes and oppresses.
