The Organization to fulfill the promises of its corporate strategy is based on its Innovation model called PRISMA, this part of the precept that innovation is essential to grow and achieve the success of the organization, and where people are the engine of innovation within its management process. This innovation model has some management focuses that are: Innovation at the service of the strategy, processes that facilitate innovation, cross-cutting processes, structure and networks to innovate, people with innovative DNA, recognition and reward for innovative talent, these focus of practical management adding value to the Company, they also revolve around the culture, since the Organization considers that to fulfill the promises of its corporate strategy it must have a solid innovation model and the culture of a determining factor; given that the Corona Organization has six strategic business units and nineteen Plants, these have their own cultural determinants and features, and the Corona Organization intends to align the cultures of each of its business units and plants to a culture that the Organization itself declares . In view of the manifest desire of The Corona Organization, this proposal seeks to develop the tactical guidelines for the closing of gaps between the current culture and the cultural goal declared by the Corona Organization, in this case for the business unit Electroporcelana Gamma. the proposal is addressed from a qualitative research and to achieve the objectives set, it is documented through a case study, as an initial step the organizational culture is diagnosed, then the cultural goal declared by the Organization is identified, then they were evaluated through from a focus group, the gaps into the two cultures and, finally, the actions to make possible the closing of the culture gaps.
