The present study aims to define the roadmap to improve the level of maturity in organizational project management of the company ACR Sport and Fitness, to contribute to the generation of value of the organization and articulate project management with the organizational vision. The methodology used was developed based on the OPM3 Standard (2013) and the implementation methodology of Mauricio Ospina (2019), thus defining three stages for it: Acquisition of knowledge; Evaluation and finally strategic alignment and improvement plan. Thus fulfilling the first three stages defined in the OPM3 cycle (2013) which are: Preparation for the evaluation; Execute maturity level evaluation and improvement planning.
