que tributa en la formacion integral de los estudiantes del Programa de Ingenieria Civil de la Universidad de la Costa, ubicada en la ciudad de Barranquilla. El proceso se inicio, con la revision y analisis del plan de estudio vigente en el programa de Ingenieria Civil. Asimismo, se propuso una estrategia que permitiera transformar la malla curricular, de tal manera, que el egresado del programa tenga un perfil de formacion constituido no solo por lo especifico y disciplinar sino la formacion humanistica y cultural que exige la cambiante sociedad actual, siendo coherente que estos elementos hacen parte de una formacion integral, fortaleciendo los conocimientos y sirviendo de base a futuras investigaciones para la verificacion de aplicabilidad en otras universidades y organizaciones educativas. El objetivo de este articulo es darle a conocer al lector, que fundamentados en el analisis de los grupos de interes, se puede construir una estrategia, que al ser implementada, contribuye al mejoramiento de las acciones, conllevando de esta manera, a influir integralmente en la formacion integral de los estudiantes. ABSTRACT In this article, actions aimed at designing a curricular strategy that pay tribute to the comprehensive training of students of the Civil Engineering Program of the Universidad de la Costa, located in the city of Barranquilla, are presented. The process began with the review and analysis of the current study plan in the Civil Engineering program. Likewise, a strategy was proposed that would allow the curricular mesh to be transformed, in such a way that the graduate of the program has a training profile made up not only of what is specific and disciplinary, but also the humanistic and cultural training that today's changing society demands, being consistent that these elements are part of comprehensive training, strengthening knowledge and serving as the basis for future research to verify applicability in other universities and educational organizations. The objective of this article is to let the reader know that, based on the analysis of interest groups, a strategy can be built, which, when implemented, contributes to the improvement of actions, thus leading to a comprehensive influence on the integral formation of the students.
