The objective of this study seeks to identify the importance of leadership in negotiation and conflict management as basic elements in the management of organizations, in order for them to achieve their objectives. In the same way, different contributions that have been made over time are analyzed, allowing the search for adequate solutions to organizational conflicts, using a research methodology, analysis and bibliographic review, selecting those that provide more contributions for the negotiation and resolution of conflicts. This paper seeks to give a vision of the importance of the leader and the management of organizational conflicts, from a positive perspective, allowing the achievement of objectives, establishing lines of negotiation appropriate to the achievement and satisfaction of the interests of the parties involved. Due to the importance of the topic, the characteristics inherent to the leader-leadership and the role they play in the negotiation and resolution of organizational conflicts, types of conflicts and negotiation styles will be addressed. In the same way, the performance of the leader with her work team, the influence of her actions to inspire each other to meet the goals and objectives.
