Spanish Abstract: Este articulo permite reflexionar sobre la necesidad de la capacitacion no solo tecnologica sino sobre todo pedagogica de los docentes en los diferentes niveles educativos. Se plantea tambien la necesidad de contar con lo minimo requerido en infraestructura tecnologica para que el acceso a la informacion y la educacion sea apropiado socialmente hablando. English Abstract: This article makes it possible for us to reflect on the need for not only technical knowledge but also pedagogical training of teachers at different educational levels. It also raises the question on the need to have the minimum requirement in technological infrastructure so that access to information and education is socially appropriate.
