Metodología gerencial para el control y seguimiento de las variables de calidad en lodos secundarios generados en Plantas de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales en la Sabana norte de Bogotá.
Currently, Project Management and its different tools have shown the usefulness of its implementation in organizations; one of them, to generate support in the resolution of different problems that can be generated in a project. This research sought to implement a management methodology with a PMI approach, for the management of sludge from wastewater treatment plants under construction and / or optimization located in Cundinamarca - Colombia. The research analyzed the feasibility of providing added value in the secondary sludge treatment and disposal processes; For this, the processes that presented weaknesses were determined to provide the expected improvement according to the chosen methodology, mitigating both the environmental impacts and the reduction of costs without affecting their process and being able to improve their use. An exhaustive bibliographic review was carried out on the state of the art of wastewater treatment plants, in order to delimit current methods and processes to provide greater feasibility for the validation of the methodology and to propose changes to the entities in charge, with which a methodological proposal was made according to PMBOK guidelines in its most recent version, in addition to performing an analysis on the samples selected for the case. It was possible to conclude that the WWTP that intervened in the investigation have shortcomings in their processes and do not have documentation that allows the quality processes in their variables to standardize, which leads to an increase in costs and time in the management of sludge.
