Spanish Abstract: El articulo indaga por la importancia del papel del entorno de artefactos (y sus simbolos asociados) en la manera en que se desarrollaron las tecnicas en los grupos humanos. Para ello, se explora la relacion entre los seres humanos y la accion tecnica y sus productos (los artefactos), proponiendo tres caracteristicas que tienen los objetos artificiales como son (1) estructurales, (2) cognitivas y (3) motivacionales. Esto es, los artefactos no solo son una forma de repositorio y andamio de la cultura, sino que con su interaccion permanente tambien ejercen un papel retroalimentador que enriquece el horizonte de posibilidades que nutren la creatividad tecnica y cultural. English Abstract: The article explores the importance of the role of the artifact environment (and its associated symbols) in the way techniques developed in human groups. To this end, the relationship between human beings and technical action and their products (artifacts) is explored, proposing three characteristics artificial objects have such as (1) structural, (2) cognitive, and (3) motivational. That is, artifacts are not just a form of repository and scaffolding of culture, but with their permanent interaction they also have an enriching feedback role in the horizon of possibilities that nourish technical and cultural creativity.
