espanolEn este estudio se dan tres pasos. En el primero se muestra como la fenomenologia en America Latina, con enfasis en Colombia, ha tenido que volver la atencion a la politica como cosa misma. En el segundo, se tematiza la fenomenologia politicaque tiene el proposito de explicitar los sentidos de lo politico al acudir al metodo fenomenologico, tanto en la descripcion de las estructuras del mundo de la vida politica como al poner la atencion sobre los modos, o sentidos de lo politico, en los que se desenvuelveel poder. En el tercero, se aborda la pregunta sobre la constitucion del mundo de la vida politica y se relaciona pasividad-actividad entorno a la formacion de la conciencia politica. Fundamentalmente, se sostiene la tesis de que la politica es una estructura del mundo de la vida, aunque su desenvolvimiento no se circunscribe estrictamente a una region, sino que acompana las manifestaciones del pensamiento y la accion humana entre los unos y los otros, en el devenir del poder. EnglishThree steps are taken in this study. The first shows how phenomenology in Latin America, with an emphasis on Colombia, has had to turn attention to politics as a thing itself. In the second, political phenomenologythat has the purpose of making explicit the senses of the political is thematized by resorting to the phenomenological method, both in describing the structures of the world of political life and in paying attention to the modes, or senses of the political, in which power unfolds. In the third, the question about the constitution of the world of political life is addressed and passivity-activity is related to the formation of political consciousness. Fundamentally, the thesis is held that politics is a structure of the world of life, although its development is not strictly limited to a region, but rather accompanies the manifestations of thought and human action between each other, in the becoming of power.
