Colombia, as one of the countries that does not have a satellite communication system and connectivity that provide appropriate coverage at the national level, was forced by the pandemic to reengineer vital activities from the virtual sphere, which would allow the population to carry out all kinds of activities from their homes, because “the arrival of COVID-19, generated great repercussions in university life and in the conditions to ensure the right to education, forcing teachers to reinvent the teaching methodology and integrate the Technologies of Information and Communication in the training process ”Rueda (2020).
