Inclusion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the Colombian financial system This article seeks to highlight the importance of the inclusion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the Colombian financial system and the increasing use in the development of its activities. In the same way it pretends to hand over the impact that the new virtual platforms have at present, implemented through the different electronic media, by means of a bibliographic and descriptive review of national and international researches and publications on topics related to the use of technologies as an evolutionary complement of financial organizations in Colombia, to publicize the advances, efficiency and productivity generated by the inclusion of technology in the financial system and which in turn allows designing strategies to face competition in the goods market and services that are offered in this environment.
