Connectivity and access to technological resources can lead to the intellectual and personal development of human beings. These tools can transform lives and that is why it is necessary to implement them throughout Colombia. The social, economic, political and environmental changes that can bring about having access to technological connectivity would be innumerable. Many rural areas have access to goods and services, however, connectivity is precarious and hinders development conditions in education, among other aspects.
