Talking to music: a sound tour through the public and private music festivals of is a work that brings together history, personal experiences and expert voices about the city's musical festivals. Some documents allowed me to analyze the history of music festivals in Bogota, from the creation of Rock al Parque and the movement of festivals 'al parque', in 1995, until the arrival of the various private festivals in 2010. The voices of each of the experrts, incluiding members of Idartes, Paramo (one of the most important music promoters in Colombia), radio broadcasters and artists, let us know the way in which the musical festivals in Bogota are developed from all its edges: the creation, the logistics organization processes, the contact with the bands, the functions during the event and the projection of the next years. From the use of a close language, where the reader becomes an assistant to the festivals, I seek to generate a sound connection, with a different experience and complementary products that, taken together, lead to whoever reads the document thorugh a musical trip.
