This research is based on the Design Marketing Plan for the Marketing of the Pure Fruit Brand (Fruit Pulp) in the commercial establishments of the Centro de Girardot for the year 2017. The purpose of the study of the development of marketing strategies using management tools such as DOFA, competitive analysis of the environment, organizational value chain, competition study, McKinsey matrix, consumer analysis, the application of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) matrix and development of a marketing plan directed through trade marketing strategies and supply chain analysis have become cornerstone for the implementation of trading strategies to generate a low cost of the product.
