The results of the first phase and part of the second phase of the formulation of the Technological Development Plan 2020 - 2030 of the Center for Technological Management of Services (CGTS) are presented. The external analysis is recorded, where the economic, social, juridical-legal and science, technology and innovation contexts are analyzed, the opportunities and threats that the environment offers to the (CGTS) are defined, the internal analysis is presented, they are addressed, historical aspects and an institutional reference, such as the state of human talent, the training programs, the administrative infrastructure and the training and research of the CGTS. Also, an evaluation of the previous Technological Development Plan is made and the strengths and weaknesses of the CGTS are identified, finally the results of the technological and competitive surveillance exercise are presented.
