The construction and development of this article covers the social problems that have been experienced for many decades within many homes (VIF), its excessive increase during the Covid-19 pandemic. Posing as a problem question, what would be an innovative solution with the use of Artificial Intelligence to immediately attend and protect the victims of Domestic Violence during and after the pandemic? Carrying out an analysis of concepts such as: Intrafamily Violence and the respective measures taken to combat it in the National and International environment, Artificial Intelligence, its application in the field of Law through Legal Expert Systems, the different models that exist and its process of creation. Later in Comparative Law, Artificial Intelligence Systems already implemented in different countries are brought up, emphasizing the study of the VioGen System created and implemented in Spain to integrate all the institutions that fight against gender violence, and its possible implementation in Colombia to integrate the institutions empowered to counteract IFV.
