This work was developed according to our own methodologies for the development of business models and plans. Through the accompaniment of part of the same University through the assignment of a tutor, who directed the present work. It was complemented with the knowledge of part of the experience of the family of the entrepreneur and the entrepreneur himself, who intends to start this project and be able to formalize the activity that has been developing for many years from the informality. This project presents the development of the business plan for the commercialization of flowers in arrangements and stems as well as decorative plants through a technological platform and the subscription model. An analysis of the marketing channels was carried out for this particular project, two channels are proposed, one direct through the platform. Information related to the analysis of different organizations is presented and especially those that are dedicated to studying, promoting and legislating on the Floriculture sector, a sector with an important dynamic in recent years and as a sector that generates employment in the population. It is presented, according to the EAN University methodology, which is made up of a first chapter related to the commercial aspects of the project that includes the analysis of the sector, the identification of the potential and objective market as well as the commercial actions necessary for the market positioning. A second chapter that contains the technical aspects of the project, the regulations, the description of the process, the technical characteristics of the product, as well as all the necessary requirements for the production process. A component related to the organizational and legal aspects of the project that provides information related to business and labor formalization issues and issues related to the work team and other issues related to the team. Finally, a chapter is presented with the financial aspects of the company, premises and projections of sales, costs, expenses, etc. are presented, as well as the elements necessary to define the viability or not of the business plan, such as indicators and financial statements. Finally, it was developed with a chapter related to the Sustainability of the Company, in its social, environmental, and economic aspects.
