Virtual education in Colombia and the world has increasingly taken a leading role in the educational and training field, which is why it is necessary to have quality content relevant to the different processes that take place in virtual environments. The quality assurance processes in the tests significantly improve the deliveries of products such as the Multimedia Educational Resources (REM) developed in the Educational Resources Ecosystem (ERE). The objective of this project is the design of a test quality management model for the development of REM that is aligned with the needs of the ERE, with Sena's mission policy, and with the development of an implementation plan of said model. To carry out an adequate design of the model, a diagnosis was carried out that would allow us to know in a correct way, the main aspects that affect the production in the equipment; This diagnosis was made through the analysis of the resource delivery process, carried out during the year 2019, and with the information collected directly from the production team. With the information collected in the frame of reference and the diagnosis of the ERE, a proposal is made for a test quality management model that allows to significantly improve the variables identified as critical in the process, and an implementation plan is proposed. with the support of the entity's directives, who through the socialization of the development of this project, have understood the importance of it and the possibilities it generates in terms of product quality, on time, and in contribution to compliance with the goals.
