The objective of this article is to analyze the concept of universal justice, this principle as the answer to the need for justice, from the material and real, not the formal sense in which all individuals have access to justice, but from a broader perspective, this principle seeks that what is openly unfair, does not navigate society as fair. In consequence, it could understand that the governments that approve that their citizens coexist with injustice, that consent that the biggest detractors of the norm be pardoned, exonerated or granted amnesty even leaving aside justice for the victims, should not be considered as positive for the construction of society. However, should not be understood as openly negative, but it is necessary to be clear about the perspective of its application indiscriminately, it goes against the duty of social formation, in this article some of the most characteristic cases of the principle of universal justice, where a valid application is observing and where real justice prevails. In synthesis, with the first approach, the philosophical and conceptual bases of the principle of universal justice will be analyzed for its general understanding.
