In this degree work, it is intended to develop a strategic management model for the company Estacion Acuicola Alva S.A.S. located in the municipality of Arjona, department of Bolivar. The objectives set for the realization of the model focused on: Identifying in theory the strategic references that can be applied in the company, carrying out the situational analysis and opportunities for improvement, proposing a strategic management model that allows it to strengthen its internal processes, propose an action plan that allows incorporating the proposed strategic model. In the document the study of the external environment of the company is conceived, using the PESTEL tool, addressing each of the issues and their incidence in the development of the company, in the same way an internal analysis is carried out with the SWOT tool that allows to identify the current state of the organization, the above and taking into account the concepts of strategy, an intervention plan and a strategic map according to the Balanced Scorecard is achieved. It is concluded that the aquaculture sector in the country is one of the sectors with the highest expectations and possibilities for economic growth, and it also aims to contribute to one of the global objectives of sustainable development, the Covid 19 pandemic has required structural changes and accelerated in commercial dynamics and consumer expectations, which require adaptive responses from companies, since Estacion Acuicola ALVA SAS is an SME, the entry barrier as a new competitor is high, which is why it needs to be strengthened and equal to the level of large aquaculturists.
