The present project is a proposal that seeks through the approach of a flexible design within the house, with access to common areas and surrounded by an urban space with diversity of uses and services, improving the qualitative and quantitative conditions of the VIS, making same way use of the downtown area of ​​Bogota in an optimal way. In addition, through the management tools, a contribution that contributes to reduce the socio-economic, health and mobility problems that are currently evident in the VIS. Projection strategies are applied that, in addition to qualifying the VIS, seek to respond to the different problems of a deteriorating sector of the city center, which has a solid and sufficient infrastructure to solve different social needs.
