Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms are recognized in the Mexican legal system as a human right in the first Constitutional article and as access to justice in the 17th Constitutional article. Currently they are being considered as a mechanism that not only contributes to the Mexican legal system, but also contributes to the coexistence and culture of peace in different societies, therefore, from the sociological aspect, the scope of alternative justice in relationships is addressed social and how beneficial it is to encourage and strengthen a culture of peace managing and solving conflicts in school, environmental, community, among others.
