The Research Dimensions of Creativity of the Administrative and Financial Vice-Rector staff of the Autonoma University of Manizales (UAM®) seeks to identify the creative teamwork dimensions that lead them to become a creative team. This is a quantitative research with a descriptive trans-sectional approach. The creative profile understood as the characteristics individuals have in order to enhance their creative skills is addressed in Gonzalez (1997) with the application of the creative test. Regarding the creative environment identified as the environment surrounding individuals, it is measured from the labor perspective by using the creative environment and work motivation tool developed by Montoya (2010). This tool measures the following features: incentives, education, communication, risk-taking and adaptability to change comprising the cultural and psychosocial perspectives. Finally, the dimension of the creative process referring to the stages stated for the management of creativity is detailed from the perspective of Csikszentmihalyi (1998). He points out that the phases of the creative process are: Preparation for or arising of problems, incubation, insight or intuition, verification and elaboration. A description of the process will serve for problem solving of the target group. Results show that the dimensions of creativity have characteristics in common, therefore, these integrated dimensions enable organizations and their work teams to be creative in problem solving by searching for new solutions and relevant solutions for the different situations.
