Office workers usually have one hour for lunch during their work hours. However, this time is insufficient as it is invested in movements towards restaurants, lines, waiting for the order or in case of purchasing through delivery, these are affected by transport, since they are presented in expanded polystyrene packaging, which generates spills, food mixing, temperature losses and large amounts of non-biodegradable waste. These factors generate consequences such as not being able to consume food in the company of their friends, lack of time to finish having lunch or to carry out other activities during the free hour. That is why, through this project called Tisto lunch, and based on interviews and checks carried out with the target users, a product-service system is proposed to take advantage of the lunch hour of office workers, reducing trips to restaurants, avoiding the lines and waiting inside these locations. The system is supported by a mobile application, a dispensing station and food containers that allow office workers to enjoy their lunches without moving outside their workplaces, giving them a new consumption experience with reusable utensils such as individual, cutlery, containers and moreover a good presentation of food such as at home, generating little environmental impact and allowing them to invest the remaining time in other activities before continue with their working hours.
