Las ciencias empresariales y los programas que se desarrollan en funcion del ejercicio sustantivo de la investigacion centran el interes en la necesaria identificacion de las lineas de gestion de la lectura como soporte investigativo. Metodologicamente la investigacion es de tipo cualitativo, con diseno no experimental, aplicada a poblacion de 51 profesores mediante entrevista semiestructurada, identificandose que el 100% considera importante la lectura con fines investigativos, (76% realizan investigaciones), de manera especifica, se determina que esta gestion mejora el conocimiento disciplinar (37%) y 45% postulan la lectura, como un aporte para el conocer y la comprension. En concurrencia, se fomenta el uso de libros sobre metodologia de la investigacion (63%). Desde la promocion de la investigacion en clase (82% lo hacen). Como propuestas se identifica la generacion de escenarios de investigacion dentro de las asignaturas, re-ensenar a leer y escribir y establecer planes y espacios de lectura con fines investigativos; de manera concluyente surgen aspectos motivacionales en espacios transversales y disciplinares, con estrategias como el trabajo colaborativo y la diversificacion de tematicas a investigar en funcion de la necesaria formacion integral.
