The purpose of this essay is to make an analytical reflection on some of the Problems that have not been solved over time and are currently generating a high negative impact on the transport of road cargo at the national level, taking as a Base the knowledge learned during the course of the specialization in security management, as well as highlighting some of the latest developments at the national level; Since it is necessary to publicize some problems that Colombian transport faces daily, and that those directly involved in the union, have knowledge of these problems, with the aim of informing them of the current situation of the union, Given the importance of the transport sector in the economic dynamics of the country, and the critical problems with which it has been facing in recent times.
