Diseño de un programa de reintegración y reubicación laboral para disminuir el ausentismo por incapacidad en un grupo empresarial : caso dolor de espalda
The absenteeism generates by low back pain (LBP) is one of the most frequently and most expensive events on the industry. Although there are recommendations depending on the case, there are no general recommendations applicable to all cases. The purpose of this project is to develop a program adjusted to the context and specifications of a Colombian commercial company looking for minimize absenteeism. For the design process AICGH, NIOSH, OWAS and local laws were used as a standard. Objectives were defined for the program, the figures and processes of communication were analyzed, available positions were identified for reintegration or relocation and the tools were designed for the proper assignment of workers. Finally, qualitative and quantitative acceptance was evaluated by the company. It was found that de company have high levels of absenteeism 8.9% (only LBP) during the study period (2015-2017). Positions with highest percentage absenteeism were “Apoyo a procesos logisticos y financieros” and “Auxiliar administrativo” with 54,7% and 36,4% respectively. So, the proposal that was made includes four sub-process that are: communication, workstation evaluation, assignment and monitoring evaluation. The proposal is considered feasible. Ongoing work should be made to include other pathologies.
