Odontología forense y derecho probatorio en el contexto educativo. Una estrategia interdisciplinaria a partir del enfoque de aprendizaje basado en problemas
Objective To design a didactic strategy for the teaching of evidentiary law and forensic dentistry through an interactive virtual platform in the teaching of law in the Colombian context. Methods The Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach and the instructional design of virtual learning environments were used as a methodology in the integration of procedural law and evidence. Results The interdisciplinary didactic strategy established the formation of groups, the construction of problem nuclei, the definition of the learning objective, the planning and search for references, the analysis and preparation of the report as articulating elements between procedural law and forensic dentistry. Conclusions The development of this first stage of didactic research in law was mainly aimed at integrating forensic dentistry and evidentiary law from learning procedural law, managing to design an innovative methodology from the virtual, interactive, meaningful, critical, and contextual aspects.
