Innovation is an aspect of great importance for today's companies, since it provides great benefits for both companies and the context where they are developed. Contributes to economic development, increases employment, generates added value compared to competition, optimizes resources, increases profits among other contributions made by innovation. The present research work aims to know the strategies that encourage the innovation applied in a national company belonging to the construction sector in order to to create a communication proposal that fosters a culture of innovation in the company. This analysis will allow us to know the work methodologies currently implemented, the main features of its organizational culture, the profile of the employees, the type of communication that exists between the company's public, both external and internal, the leadership and vision for innovation, the ability to experiment and take risks, among others.
