Anxiety usually cause many discomforts in the human, but they increase during the midterms, which becomes a frequent barrage of negativity thus affecting the full State of well-being and academic performance of college students. Various authors agree that anxiety is a pattern of recurrent response that has many factors displacenteros that lead the student to not develop their full potential during these evaluations, even the simple act of thinking about the possibility of them predisposing and increases levels of anxiety.
