A reflective analysis of communication related to changes in organizational behavior was carried out, taking as a basis the hermeneutic approach, where a theoretical sample of specialized literature in the areas of communication, motivation and productivity in the company was selected. he fundamental base of the study corresponded to the influence of the administrative process and the administrative functions in the configuration of the organizational communication, making a relation between communication, motivation and productivity. In this sense, it was emphasized the interpretation of scientific administration until approaching and evaluating the models of organizational communication, which resulted in proposing a communicative model that can be adopted by the organizations to integrate all the parts involved in the company, impacting on the organizational climate, its goals and production in a sustainable way in time.
