Civil engineering is the branch of engineering that through the transformation of materials and processes generates infrastructure works, in order to satisfy the basic human needs every day through roads, housing, bridges, airports, among others; as the population increases proportionally, the infrastructure grows, thus increasing the effect on the environment, because of the negative impacts that these works generate, man has priorities to maintain his welfare, but not without first having the awareness of maintaining the conservation of the environment. It is there where the civil engineering has an obligation, that by means of the responsibility and the fulfillment of the environmental norms a total change is given to the execution of future works of civil engineering, always thinking about the protection of the environment that, although it will not allow us to recover what we already lost, but that we can diminish every day the negative impacts on the environment, assuring a better future for neutral generations
