Being Willis Towers Watson a multinational company, from London there are certain standards of competitiveness that demand their margins to be outstanding in the brokerage industry. Observing the main indicators of Willis Towers Watson showed that although it is one of the main insurance brokers in Colombia, its main competitors take a very significant positive difference. Due to this, a strict reduction of expenses was ordered at the corporate level, so that these were governed by the budget and this was not exceeded. In this way, the present paper proposes an expense control tool at Willis Towers Watson, in order to contribute to the financial viability of this company.
