In the social security health system, the provision works through an infrastructure of Health Service Provider Institutions that, for the country, currently has an important possibility of improvement. Colombia has two different Health Regimes, the Contributory and Subsidized, which have differences not only in the provision of health services but also in their infrastructure, having quite limited resources and complex regulations in their implementation and compliance. Based on the aforementioned and to obtain the Master's degree, with this document, it is explored to design an improvement alternative through a comprehensive infrastructure management model for an institution that provides health services, which allows integrating all the necessary areas and resources obtaining a better result, initiating the intervention at the Centro Policlinico del Olaya. For the design of the model, a bibliographic review was carried out, a SWOT matrix was elaborated and a tool type technical file was designed with seven blocks that were applied in the Centro Policlinico del Olaya, which carried out an evaluation of the current infrastructure and know the creation or modification needs of the referenced Institution. In parallel, a survey applied to people with a managerial profile and with extensive knowledge of the subject of study is designed, which gives us useful information on important characteristics of the infrastructure processes of their institutions and the interest in new alternatives for improvement. For that reason, it is possible to implement the first phase of the integral management model for the health service provider institution Centro Policlinico del Olaya, allowing progress in the formal knowledge of infrastructure development; Also, the following phases of the model are opened, and, the possibility of an entrepreneurship project is even created for the advice of infrastructure development in different health institutions.
