Well-Being is found associated with satisfaction and performance behaviors to achieve goals, where the quality of life of workers considering issues related to physical and emotional health will influence the achievement of organizational objectives, this research is intended from conceptualizations of several authors collect data on well-being and organizational performance as a fundamental role in organizational efficiency, encouraging the issue to be considered leaders today and tomorrow as a major challenge to go beyond thinking about own benefits, contributing to society promoting, maintaining and creating a comprehensive welfare for workers feel happy and able in activities in which they operate and can provide high levels of productivity.
