The second volume and first number of the 2018 Cuban Journal of Public and Business Administration makes available to all interested parties a set of review articles and originals that address updated topics on the management of science, technology and innovation, public administration, information technologies and the improvement of managers and their reserves with applications in Ministries, higher organizations of business management and in the municipal People's Power in Cuba.
