This research work is carried out under a case study, which seeks to establish the way in which the armed conflict in Colombia affected the dimensions of human development in the population of Lesbians, Gays, Transsexuals, Bisexuals and Intersexuals LGTBI, like these They were restored within the framework of the peace process and the work they have done around the construction of peace, the restoration of their rights, respect for their sexual diversity and recognition as a diverse population. A balance of the Framework Implementation Plan PMI, of the peace agreements around the problem developed in this work, is also presented. To meet the general objective set, a semi-structured interview was conducted around the dimensions of human development, the armed conflict and the participation of this community in the Peace Agreement. By means of a qualitative methodology with a descriptive - explanatory scope and the data obtained, it is evidenced, the existence in the respondents of negative psychosocial effects due to the armed conflict, the same happens with the Dimensions of human development. As a recommendation, after analyzing the surveys, it is proposed that future governments work in favor of the PMI of the agreements, since it is the navigation chart to consolidate peace, as well as review the chapter on gender focus to facilitate compliance. of everything agreed in these and in this way more spaces for participation and work are generated around public policies that benefit the LGTBI population, in order to achieve the consolidation of a stable and lasting peace that benefits all the communities that were victims of the Colombian armed conflict.
