Estrategia de comunicación y marketing para fortalecer la cultura de ahorro energético en el Centro Industrial y del Desarrollo Tecnológico SENA Barrancabermeja
The SENA Industrial and Technological Development Center of Barrancabermeja CIDT is part of the 56 headquarters of the Entity included within the scope of the Energy Management System. This Center achieved the certification in the NTC-ISO 50001: 2011 standard in September 2018. However, despite having this management system, the Center has not managed to consolidate the culture of energy saving and efficient use of energy in the different interest groups, showing high billing costs for the energy service, bad consumption habits and the absence of effective strategies by the Local Energy Committee. Based on the above, the present research work was developed which resulted in the projection of a communication and marketing strategy to strengthen the culture of energy saving in the educational community, and contribute to the effectiveness of action plans for the improvement of energy performance, of the SENA -CIDT headquarters. The methodological process starts from the non-experimental exploratory approach, and begins with the construction of the reference frames, the information collection instruments and the definition of the population sample. To calculate the sample, 168 employees of the Center were used as a target audience, among which are plant officials, contractors and external personnel. These profiles are important for the investigation due to their incidence in the significant uses of energy. Finally, the communication and marketing strategy was projected to strengthen the culture of energy saving in the interest groups of SENA -CIDT. One of the conclusions that are evidenced throughout this document is that the proposed communication and marketing strategy is based on elements of the SENA's own and existing ones from previous efforts to intervene in the energy culture, which will generate closeness and acceptance on the part of interest groups as known elements that were successful at the time in the academic community.
