According to Salmi 2014, internationalization and its impact on training and transversal processes allow IES to offer the academic community training and intercultural experiences, which are motivated by the need to acquire new knowledge and experiences, both academic and personal. Therefore, the IES have adopted strategies for the implementation of mobility plans, in order to respond to the needs of the academic community. Therefore, this research was prepared with the purpose of contributing to solve this need, with the research question: If the University of Pamplona from its Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences implements a Strategic Mobility Plan for the undergraduate of Economics, would this to get better its visibility and quality standards ?, to solve this question, data collection tools were designed and applied, which allowed conducting three surveys to 35 universities in the country that had high quality certification, 360 students and 19 teachers assigned to the Program of Economy of the University of Pamplona. This made it possible to identify the trends and mobility needs of the students and teachers of the University of Pamplona, for which guidelines and actions were defined in order to design the Strategic Mobility Plan of the University of Pamplona's Economics Program. This research is within the framework of three master's degrees (Master's Degree in Information Systems Management and Technology Projects, Master's Degree in International Business and Master's Degree in Virtual Education Management).
