The Yotoco Forest Reserve is a research and Environmental Education space of great relevance at national and international level. For this reason, a characterization of its Environmental Offer and its users was carried out, in order to formulate an environmental educational strategy that promotes the conservation of Natural Resources. It was found that one of the main tools used for the development of environmental education processes in the Reserve are audiovisual media, especially a single introductory video for all types of users. After conducting an audiovisual analysis of said video, the need to make a new one according to the context of the recipient, who made efficient use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) was identified. The results of the study showed that primary and secondary school students cover 62.15% of the total users of the Reserve, the strategy was formulated based on an audiovisual management parallel to their academic training and highlighting the importance of the Offer Environmental Reserve and its fundamental role not only at nationally level but also globally.Keywords: natural ressources, environmental services, ICTs, social transformation.
