This document aims to review some aspects that arise in the developmentof the processes of linking human talent to organizations andhow the support of technology in the administrative processes forselection and contracting, provides tools that seek to minimize therisks in the delegation of Responsibilities and optimize the financialresults of organizations. Technology in essence is more than a computerizedrelationship and viewed from the language of business,involves an adequate administration, a clear definition of strategicprocesses from the conception of the idea, the implementation andthe analysis of its implications in all Areas of organizations.
