This work consists of investigating the costs of different activities carried out in the maintenance and repair of the facilities of the Bogota headquarters of the New Granada Military University, and the preparation of a database for consultation and budgeting, useful for when carrying out any type of civil work in the university facilities. This database is useful when making a budget and allows for a more accurate and comparable value at real market prices and no cost overruns or less pay to the contractor, generating disagreements upon receipt of a finished service.
