The purpose of this thesis work is to design an organizational proposal for the company Trofeos Gran Triunfo S.A.S. based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, given that it has achieved a position in the sector of trophy making, recognitions and awards. However, it does not have a quality management system that guarantees the continuous improvement of the processes carried out by the organization and its long-term sustainability in the market. The document begins with a theoretical review around quality management, which allowed to methodologically structure a process to diagnose, analyze and develop the improvement proposal, materialized in a strategic plan that generates strengthening of the organization's competitiveness. An intra-organizational information analysis was developed through surveys, strengthened by an external review visit for compliance with the standard. In addition, a prospective analysis was generated to define the real state of the organization and reduce future uncertainty about the implementation of a quality management system. Then, the strategies that constitute the central axis of the implementation plan of the standard are generated. Composed of the strategic analysis of the organization, balance scorecard and action plan to align and establish activities for the development of ISO 9001: 2015 in the organization. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations regarding the organizational work of Trofeos Gran Triunfo S.A.S and in general of the project presented.
