Studies and measures to mitigate the effects of climate change are becoming increasingly important on the part of academics, businesses, governments, and society in general, and one option is to carry out sustainable activities in areas of production in all the organizations in the sector manufacturing. With this, the objective of this research work is to design a generic model to analyze the dynamics that arise in the implementation of eco-innovation processes in the manufacturing sector organization through modeling and computational simulation using system dynamics. Applying the computational model, three strategies were evaluated: hiring of personnel with experience and knowledge in sustainable subjects, efficiency in the use of raw materials and application of an ecological production rate, which allowed analyzing their behavior in simulated environment to serve as an input for decision making in an organization, evidencing the importance of investing in personnel training in matters of sustainability and more efficient equipment that allows the reduction of costs and energy consumption. Therefore, it is proposed to apply this generic model in the case of a real study that allows to validate it and adjust it and check the exposed results.
