In this article the results of the research on the measurement in communication_x000D_ management in a group of Colombian companies are presented. The article begins with a_x000D_ theoretical presentation of the subject and a state-of-the-art of the topics and the_x000D_ methodology adopted in the research. After this, the results are presented and some_x000D_ conclusions derived from these are given._x000D_ The main objective is to give to the professional and academic community involved with_x000D_ company communications, a view of the current condition of the application of these_x000D_ management tools, additionally to show the weaknesses and to provide solution_x000D_ alternatives. In the same way, to remark the development of the company’s evaluation_x000D_ system and comment on the importance and the effect of this issues financially, in terms of_x000D_ human development and company themes, in general.
